Basic gears
Tile 1 of the series
Each box holds the printed parts for one mechanism. You put it together yourself, on its own 10 cm tile.
Once it's built, you crank it. The postcard explains what the mechanism is doing and where you've already met one, like a film projector, an SD card slot or a jigsaw.
The tiles lock together edge to edge, so the last box finishes a panel of twelve. Or keep them loose on a desk.
Tap a box to open it. The others are still a secret, including some mechanisms I haven't released yet.

Now you can try them for yourself, without a 3D printer. If you do have one, the digital edition gets you the print files and the postcards for £19 until 1 November£29.
